What we collect

We collect what you enter in our waitlist and contact forms: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, cities where you own property, trade, licensing and insurance answers, job availability, property count, repair plans, optional financing interests, messaging choices, and questions or messages. We may also save campaign information from the link you used to reach us.

How we use your information

We use this information to manage the waitlist, respond to questions, match interest in jobs and bids, and contact you about your signup. Our website hosting and email providers help us store submissions and deliver messages. We never sell personal info.

Meta Pixel and advertising cookies

Only after you accept advertising cookies, we use the Meta Pixel to measure ads and show ads to people who visit the site. Meta may collect data from the site, including pages visited, successful waitlist signup events, browser and device information, IP address, and cookie identifiers. Meta receives this activity for ad measurement and advertising, including ad optimization and showing relevant ads on Facebook and Instagram.

The signup event identifies the waitlist as contractor or investor. We do not send form names, email addresses, phone numbers, ZIP codes, cities, messages, or other form answers as Pixel event fields or customer-matching data. GA4 is not enabled.

Your cookie choices

Advertising cookies are off until you click Accept. Decline keeps Meta tracking off. We remember your choice on this browser, including a browser-specific reference, when you chose, the notice shown, and your advertising choices. A later withdrawal preserves the earlier choice record. We do not determine your region; the same explicit-acceptance rule applies everywhere.

You can withdraw or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer or below. Opening settings does not change your current choice; clicking Decline stops future Pixel events. Earlier activity already sent to Meta cannot be recalled through this setting. We also honor your browser's Global Privacy Control opt-out.

You can also manage personalized advertising in Facebook ad settings. Declining advertising cookies does not prevent you from joining the waitlist or contacting us. Reply STOP to opt out of signup text messages.

Questions and privacy requests

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop further contact, email hello@oosbidder.com. Meta handles data it receives under Meta's Privacy Policy.
